Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and size exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, you can raise a return request via Instagram DM(@layersnyou) or email us at layersnyou@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, we will share our return address. The customer will need to self-ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags intact and returned in the original packaging.Once we receive the returned product and it successfully passes our quality check, your refund will be processed.

Size Exchanges

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you can request a size exchange via Instagram DM(@layersnyou) or email us at layersnyou@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.Please note that only one exchange is permitted per order/item.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange the return pickup and exchange. Kindly ensure that the product is returned unused, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.

As we work with limited stock and small-batch collections, all exchanges are subject to size availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue refund or store credit based on your preference for the value of the product. The store credit can be used towards the purchase of any product available on our website or Instagram store.

Important Notes

• Clearance sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
• For any damaged, defective or incorrect item, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery so that we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.
